Going up the corporate latter can be difficult for most, especially when the economy is not doing well. I’ve found that getting more training and education has made my presenseĀ better known and it has helped me with my job.

I enrolled in management training and found that I was more productive than before. I learned more effective ways of dealing with my employees. And they new skills that I learned will make them want to work for me, thus decreasing employee turnover.

And I encouraged my employees to enroll in sales training. I did not require that they take this but I said that they will learn skills that will help them interact with their customers better and that will increase their sales, helping secure their jobs. Simply put, the better their sales records, the more job security they will have.

I enjoyed the course that I took so much that I enrolled in presentation training. I present to my employees, my bosses and sometimes the shareholders. I thought that if I were to come across better, I would help secure my job even more. And in times like these, the more security the better.
