MADISON, Wis. (AP) – Governor Jim Doyle has named developer Jack L. Fischer as the state’s commerce secretary. Fischer is president of the Fischer Group Companies which focus on development of retail mall, offices and residential housing developments. He will start in the position on November 26th.
