Deputy Minister Sommai says 5% shares rule not binding on interim ministers
BANGKOK, Sept 30 (TNA) - Reiterating that he holds only a 1.43 per cent share of a resort hotel in the southern resort of Phuket, Deputy Finance Minister Sommai Phasee said ministers in the current Thai interim government are exempted from a rule barring ministers from holding over 5 per cent of equity stake in private companies.
